Shipping and Handling

We can ship your items after completion just about any way imaginable.  If you are local, you can either pick it up or we can have it delivered using our truck.
 
If you are out of the local area, we can use any matter of delivery like UPS, FedEx, LTL, whatever works the best for you.

Payments Accepted
 
There is a wide range of payments that we accept from our customers.  Most of our customers prefer an Open Account which comes with the terms of Net 30.  Should you desire an open account, please contact our accounting office with appropriate credit references and they will be more than happy to help set you up.
 
We alos accept cash (for smaller value jobs), company checks, and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express).  Please note that on all credit card transactions there will be an additional 5% service charge.

Returns and Quality Control

Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction and we take quality control very seriously. If you are not completely happy with your product, please let us know in a timely matter if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.  We aren't happy, until you are happy.
